Practitioner Code of Ethics

As a practitioner and teacher of Astrology, Intuitive Tarot, & Wiccan Paganism I am committed to the following ethical standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering experience for all clients:

1. Client Empowerment & Free Will

• Self-Agency: I believe that every person has free will. My readings are intended to offer perspective and guidance, not to dictate your life choices.

• Non-Deterministic Outcomes: I do not provide "carved in stone" predictions. I present current energies and potential paths while honoring your power to change your future.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Strict Discretion: All information shared during a session—verbal or written—is held in strict confidence.

• Data Protection: In alignment with 2026 digital standards, I take reasonable measures to protect your electronic records and personal data.

3. Professional Boundaries & Referrals

• Scope of Practice: I am an intuitive practitioner, not a licensed medical, legal, or financial professional. I will never provide advice on these topics and will recommend you seek qualified professional services when necessary.

• Third-Party Privacy: I do not perform readings on the private thoughts, feelings, or actions of third parties who are not present and have not given consent.

4. Integrity & Honesty

• No Guarantees: I will be honest about my interpretations and will not make false promises or guarantee 100% accuracy.

• Refusal of Service: I reserve the right to refuse a reading if the request violates my ethics, falls outside my competence, or otherwise assaults my moral code and its relevant sensibilities. In other words, I’m not helping you harm anyone. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

• No Hidden Fees: All costs are agreed upon upfront. I will never pressure you for additional paid services or suggest you need "cleansings" or "spells" for a fee… EVER. I would rather teach you how to do them yourself.

5. Inclusivity & Respect

• Non-Discrimination: I serve all clients with equal respect regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or background.

• Compassion: Every session is conducted in a non-judgmental manner, aimed at being constructive rather than frightening.

• Manner of Conduct: I will not tolerate any customer, client, and/or student speaking to me in a subordinate fashion or otherwise tolerate any kind of disrespectful tone or words. I take pride in setting a tone of mutual respect and I will not be talked down to, nor will I talk down to my customers, clients, and/or students. Should I experience disrespect during the course of a session I will end the session immediately and no refund will be issued.
