Terms of Service & Disclosure Agreement

1. Legal Disclaimer: Entertainment Purposes

By purchasing or engaging in a reading, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • For Entertainment Only: All readings (Astrological, Psychic, or Tarot) are provided for entertainment purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: These services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • Personal Responsibility: You maintain full responsibility for any choices or actions you take following a session. The practitioner is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the client's interpretation of the reading.

2. Nature of Service

·         Intuitive Interpretation: Readings provide a snapshot of current energies and symbolic archetypes. They are not a "prediction of the future" but a tool for self-reflection and personal growth.

  • AI Disclosure: (Optional/Recommended for 2026) All insights provided are generated by the human practitioner’s intuition and study, unless explicitly stated that AI-assisted data analysis was used for astrological charting.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment: Fees for sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Refunds: Due to the time and energy expended by the practitioner, refunds are not issued once a reading has been delivered or the session has commenced.

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least [24] hours' notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than [24] hours' notice may result in a forfeited “deposit” fee of 22% of the full price of the session.

4. Code of Ethics & Privacy

  • Confidentiality: Your personal information and the contents of your reading will remain strictly confidential, except where required by law.

  • Moral Code: I do not do any kind of session or reading to help the customer/client get revenge, engage in unreasonable acts of infidelity, or otherwise allow my services to be used to undermine or cause harm to another individual. We keep it real around here.

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading.

5. Limitation of Liability

The practitioner shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, loss of income, or relationship changes.
